Following that, we prepare a fixed-price fee proposal ensuring clarity and professionalism from the beginning.

Site Measure
To kick off your project, we will begin by redrawing your existing house plans based on a copy of your current layout.
We'll conduct a site measure to accurately gather essential details, including internal layouts, window and door locations, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry and the various heights around your home.
With these measurements in hand, we will update and digitize your floorplan, enabling us to proceed smoothly with the design process.

Preliminary Concepts
With your plans now digitised, we'll prepare three unique options for your project.
We’ll then setup a presentation meeting with you to walk you through their advantages and disadvantages, along with the design constraints that influenced our choices. This information helps you decide which option aligns best with your vision and how you'd like to live in your home.
Our proposals then include one additional concept tailored to your feedback. Whether it’s personalized adjustments, a mix of design features, or a completely new idea, your vision is our focus, we’re committed to making it a reality just for you.
